STUDIO LOCATED?

The Photo Haus address is 1 Shawnee Ave KCK 66105. We are located in the West Bottoms KCK area. Look for a bright green building. We are in an industrial area with train tracks surrounding the studio, sometimes trains stop at crossings, so plan to come early and if you’re blocked by a train we will work with you about timing at the studio.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO?

Up to 6 people are allowed in the studio at the standard price rates. If you have more than 6 people please reach out and we can talk.

What’s Not ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO?

• No glitter

• No Fog

• No powders (colored powders)

• No fire or open flames.

• No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in the building.

• No non-prescription or illegal drugs allowed on the premises.

• No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances.

• NO excessive drinking

WILL ANYONE ELSE BE AT THE STUDIO DURING MY SESSION?

You will have the full space to yourself, however, there will always be one member from The Photo Haus Co or The Photo Bus Co. in the next room, available to assist you in anyway if needed. We also have security cameras in the space.

• 1,800 sq ft furnished space

• MUA/Dressing Room

• Up to 6 people in studio

RESCHEDULE/Cancellation

Of course, we understand that everything doesn’t always go as planned. Clients are allowed to reschedule once. You must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduled sessions must be booked within 48 hours from the date you've notified us of your rescheduling request. Cancelations with less than 48 hours notice will lose the deposit and have to submit a new deposit and booking request in order to book another session.

PETS

Pets are allowed. You will be held responsible for any damage caused by your pet with a minimum fee of $50 or the cost of repair/replacement of any damaged items. If your pet causes injury to any person or other animal in the building, you will be held liable for any medical expenses the injured party incurs and may face legal action. Please indicate on the booking form whether you are bringing an animal so that the studio manager is aware.

LIABLE

The Photo Haus Co. is not liable for any damage to any property that may occur on site. We’re also not liable for any injuries that may occur within or outside of the studio space. We advise that all businesses renting the space carry their own liability insurance.
